What do I do if an item I've ordered is no longer wanted?We are very happy to refund or exchange items that are returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused with no marks or signs of wear and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold. You must first call us at 519-453-0892 to receive a returns number before sending any item(s).

What do I do if an item is faulty when delivered? Return the item to us and we’ll either refund you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. Please remember to call us at 519-453-0892 to discuss the return and receive a returns number. Who pays the postage for returning items? If you receive a faulty item, we’ll refund the cost of posting it back to us (up to $25). If an item is simply no longer wanted or you wish to change it for something else, you’ll need to pay to post it to us. Replacement goods are posted free. Please use recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.
