Walsh D Pipes
Walsh A Pipes – The Walsh D Pipes are known for their distinctive high pitch. They are very pleasing to the ear, and a perfect indoor instrument. They use the same fingering as the Great Highland Pipe. The Walsh Small Pipes are mouth blown and made of Imitation Blackwood (Polypenco or Delrin). The drones sit over the right arm while playing. Smallpipes are a great alternative to the Great Highland Bagpipe. There are a couple of options for cases that can go with these pipes.

The Border Pipes have become increasing popular over the last number of years. These pipes are made of Delrin, and have a great sound similar to the Great Highland Pipes, but they are not nearly as loud in volume. The chanter is pitched in concert A. The drones consist of a bass, alto, and tenor drone, giving the pipes a nice overall drone sound. The bag is synthetic, chanter reed is cane, and the drones use specially designed Ezeedrone border pipe drone reeds. These pipes have the perfect blend for playing with a fiddle player.
